SOVEREIGN INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM
CORTEX
From requirement to decision, in one governed intelligence environment.
CORTEX is the local intelligence nervous system: a deployable intelligence operating environment that preserves evidence, confidence, provenance, security and audit across the complete requirement-to-decision lifecycle.

Key Differentiator
A lifecycle-native intelligence operating environment built around evidence, provenance, security and analyst control — not another dashboard, search tool or AI chat interface.
The Local Intelligence Nervous System
CORTEX is a self-hosted intelligence lifecycle platform for secure organisations that need to turn intelligence requirements into decision-ready products without relying on fragmented tools or uncontrolled cloud services.
The platform connects direction, collection, sources, ingest, processing, governed memory, relationship intelligence, analysis, product generation, dissemination and feedback. Each activity remains linked to the requirement, source material, evidence, confidence and provenance that produced it.
CORTEX is designed as deployable intelligence infrastructure rather than a dashboard, chat interface or isolated case-management tool. A CORTEX node can operate locally, within a team, at the edge, inside a hardened secure environment, in private cloud infrastructure or as part of a selectively synchronised hybrid estate.
The Challenge
Intelligence operations are routinely fragmented across documents, email, spreadsheets, source systems, search tools, dashboards and disconnected analytical workflows.
Requirements become separated from collection. Source material loses context as it is processed. Analysts manually stitch evidence together. Final judgements are difficult to trace back to source material, dissemination controls are inconsistent, and feedback rarely improves the next intelligence cycle.
Point solutions can improve one stage, but they do not create a governed digital thread from intelligence need to operational decision.
The Capability
CORTEX makes the intelligence lifecycle a connected product workflow. Requirements drive collection; sources and incoming material retain provenance; processing extracts reusable entities, events, locations and timelines; relationships and contradictions can be explored; analysts build evidence-backed judgements; finished products retain traceability to supporting material; and dissemination is controlled through release and audit workflows.
Artificial intelligence can assist translation, summarisation, extraction, enrichment, correlation and drafting, but it does not silently decide. Outputs remain reviewable and auditable, with analysts retaining responsibility for final intelligence judgements.
Operational Outcomes
Accelerate the route from intelligence requirement to decision-ready output.
Replace fragmented intelligence workflows with one connected operational environment.
Preserve traceability from analytical judgement back to source evidence.
Improve reuse and exploitation of collected source material.
Apply consistent confidence, provenance and analytical tradecraft.
Control classification, caveats, compartments, need-to-know, releasability and dissemination.
Deploy sovereign intelligence capability locally, privately or in disconnected environments.
Use AI assistance without surrendering analyst control or handling policy.
Capture feedback and requirement satisfaction to close the intelligence cycle.
Scale from a single local node to distributed enterprise intelligence estates.
Security Is Part of the Intelligence Model
CORTEX is designed around deny-by-default access and treats security metadata as part of the intelligence object itself. Roles, attributes, classification, caveats, compartments, need-to-know, releasability and workflow state can all contribute to access and release decisions.
Source provenance, integrity, append-only audit, controlled export, redaction and sanitisation are first-class platform concerns. AI services are governed by the same handling policy and are not permitted to bypass classification or data-access controls. The cryptographic design is crypto-agile so signing, encryption, key exchange and hashing can evolve by deployment policy rather than being embedded permanently into business logic.
