AIC Professional Services UK Ltd is pleased to announce the successful migration of its technology standards, delivery processes, security approach, and company operating models into a dedicated GitBook knowledge base.

This marks an important step in how AIC manages, governs, and shares its internal standards. The GitBook framework provides a single structured location for the principles, methods, and practices that guide how AIC operates as a company and how it delivers work for customers.
The framework brings together key areas of the business, including technical guidelines, secure engineering practices, agile delivery, project governance, coding standards, security expectations, supplier engagement, quality assurance, and intellectual property reuse.
By moving this material into GitBook, AIC has created a cleaner and more accessible operating model that supports consistency, transparency, and faster onboarding across projects. It also gives customers, partners, and internal teams a clearer view of how AIC approaches delivery, assurance, security, and technical execution.
This migration supports AIC’s wider strategy of building a repeatable, scalable, and standards-aligned delivery organisation. Rather than treating each project as a blank sheet of paper, AIC uses reusable internal patterns, proven delivery methods, and carefully controlled intellectual property to accelerate work while maintaining strong governance and quality control.
